I had the unique advantage of beginning my Real Estate career from inside Toronto’s raging pre-construction condominium market in 2005. Selling a number of the city’s most coveted condominiums – L Tower, One Bloor, Lumiere, Quay West and the Canary District to name a few – directly for the developers gave me the rare opportunity to view the condo world from a vantage point few Agent’s have a chance to see. It was a fantastic opportunity to work along side many of the leaders of the condominium industry and gain intimate knowledge of many of the projects you now see taking shape.
Now working from the other side of the table, it’s exciting to be able to use that inside knowledge to the benefit of my clients in their own condo purchases!
