Blair is a Torontonian in the greatest sense. Having attended local Ryerson University where he studied Entrepreneurship & Marketing, Toronto has been his home for many years. Following school, Blair worked for a large global software developer, where he earned his role as head of US East Coast Sales for a budding new product line. In this role, Blair was subject to world class sales training, and gained valuable experience working on multi million dollar transaction with Fortune 500 companies. Blair has since built and sold his own successful small business and like many Real Estate Professionals, his career in Real Estate started out with him investing in his own properties. Blair brings a talent for branding, business development and training to the Blue Elephant Team.
